Jessica is a certified Pilates instructor with over 10 years in the fitness industry, specializing in strength training, triathlons, and Pilates. Her passion for supporting seniors in residential communities began with her time with her own grandmother in an assisted living facility.
While getting to know her grandmother’s friends and neighbors, Jessica saw firsthand how important movement, social connection, and meaningful activities are to quality of life. She noticed that maintaining the ability to do everyday tasks independently—no matter how small—made a powerful difference in how residents felt about themselves.
Daily movement is often limited in residential settings, yet it plays a vital role in both physical and emotional well-being. Jessica believes movement supports not only strength and balance, but also confidence, mood, and engagement. When residents move together, they feel more connected, motivated, and positive.
